If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, wrong size or change of mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. But, for the custum-made products, we don't do returns and refunds for wrong size or change of mind. We do this just if your custom-made order arrives damaged or incorrect. Read the beginning of the Description section if you want to know if the product is custom-made. If the indication is not there, it's the normal refunds and returns policy.
