Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from trusted fulfillment partners worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days.
Shipping times are:
5–10 business days (domestic)
7–21 business days (international)
Tracking details are sent once your order ships.
Are your products made to order?
Not all of them. Read the beginning of the Description section of the product if you want to know if the product is made to order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, wrong size or change of mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
But, for custom-made products, we do not accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Read the beginning of the Description section of the product if you want know if it's custom-made.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Please review it carefully before ordering.
