Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged

• You received the wrong item

• Wrong size
• Change of mind 

📩 Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. 

*For returns, the item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

*The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).

For custom-made products, take note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer preference.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Items worn, washed, or used

• Sale or discounted items

***Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
